1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ONVYLO, including the Founding Member portal, company profiles, product catalogues and related services. By creating an account you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Accounts are intended for businesses and their authorised representatives. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity carried out under your account.
3. Company and product information
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant ONVYLO a licence to host, display and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the platform, including on public profiles and in search results. Content must be lawful, accurate and not misleading.
4. Verification
Verification badges reflect checks carried out at a point in time and are not a guarantee of a company's performance, solvency or product quality. Buyers remain responsible for their own due diligence.
5. Membership and pre-launch access
Founding Member benefits, including complimentary access during the announced pre-launch period, are offered at ONVYLO's discretion and may be adjusted with reasonable notice. Paid tiers are governed by the pricing in effect at the time of purchase.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, including by scraping data at scale, sending unsolicited bulk messages, misrepresenting your identity, infringing intellectual property, or attempting to compromise platform security.
7. Communications
Operational emails relating to your account are part of the service. Newsletters, product updates and other marketing communications are sent with your consent and can be stopped at any time through the unsubscribe link in each email or in your account settings.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time; certain records may be retained where required for legal or compliance purposes.
9. Liability
ONVYLO connects businesses but is not a party to transactions between members. To the extent permitted by law, ONVYLO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from dealings between members.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
