Privacy Policy

Version 2026-08-01

1. Information we collect

We collect the details you provide when registering and managing your workspace — name, work email, phone number, company details, country, industry, product information and uploaded media — together with basic technical data needed to operate and secure the platform.

2. How we use it

Your information is used to create and maintain your account, publish your company and product profiles, verify businesses, connect suppliers with buyers, respond to quote requests, and send service and consented marketing communications.

3. Consent records

When you create an account we record your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, including the version accepted and the date and time of acceptance, and your marketing consent. These records are kept for compliance purposes.

4. Marketing communications

New members are subscribed to ONVYLO newsletters, product updates and company communications. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can change your preferences at any time in your account settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect essential account and service emails.

5. Public information

Company profiles and published products are intended to be discoverable. Contact details such as email and phone are not exposed publicly; buyers reach you through quote requests and your workspace.

6. Storage and security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access controls, encryption in transit and row-level access rules restricting records to their owners and authorised administrators.

7. Retention

We retain account and company data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting or compliance obligations. Consent and unsubscribe records are retained as proof of lawful sending.

8. Your rights

You can access and correct your information in your workspace, withdraw marketing consent, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account. Contact us using the details published on the ONVYLO website.

9. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with service providers who help us operate the platform, and where required by law.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated to members, and the version identifier above will change.
